How We Work

A Production Process Built Around You

Step 01

Kickoff & Discovery

Every project starts with a kickoff meeting where we learn your organization, your audience, and what this content needs to accomplish. We ask the questions most production companies skip because we're building a strategy, not just a shoot schedule.

Step 02

Pre-Production Planning

Our team develops interview outlines, shot lists, creative briefs, and a full production schedule before anyone touches a camera. You review and approve everything in advance. No surprises on shoot day. We also prepare all interview questions and will facilitate every interview on the day of production.

Step 03

Production

We bring a full crew to your location: director, cinematographer, audio engineer, and a dedicated producer managing the day. We handle all talent direction, interview facilitation, and b-roll capture. Your team's only job is to show up. Typical production day is up to 10 hours on-site.

Step 04

StoryDraft & Editing

After production, our story team transcribes every interview and builds a StoryDraft, a written blueprint of each video before we edit a single frame. You approve the story structure first, which means fewer revision rounds and a stronger final product.

Step 05

Review, Revise, Deliver

We deliver a first cut for your review and revise until you're happy. Unlimited revisions on all project edits. Every deliverable includes professional color correction and audio mastering, formatted for its intended platform: website, YouTube, social media, or presentations. All project files are archived for a minimum of 5 years.
