Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fifth & Broad, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit fifthandbroad.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. If you have questions, email us at contact@fifthandbroad.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site (for example, to request a quote, ask about a project or apply for a job), we collect what you enter. That may include your name, email address, phone number, organization or school name, role, project details, budget range and any message you write. If you book a call through our scheduling calendar, we collect the details you enter there.

How you found us. When you submit a form, we also record how you arrived at the Site: the ad campaign or link you clicked (UTM parameters and ad click IDs such as a Google Ads click ID), the page you first landed on and the website that referred you. We save this in your browser's local storage so we can attach it to your form submission.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information about your device and how you use the Site. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scrolling and the referring website.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiry and send you proposals or information you request;
  • run and manage our projects with clients;
  • understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
  • measure how well our advertising works and show our ads to people who may be interested in our services;
  • protect the Site against spam and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Tools and partners we use

We use the following third-party services. Each one has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data.

  • Webflow hosts the Site and processes our form submissions.
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads help us measure Site traffic, track when a form is submitted, and show ads to people who visited the Site. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel helps us measure our Meta ads and show ads to people who visited the Site. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us measure LinkedIn ads and understand our audience. You can opt out in your LinkedIn ad settings.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with the Site, including clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and what you type into form fields, so we can find and fix problems.
  • Vimeo and YouTube host the videos embedded on the Site and may set their own cookies when you play a video.
  • GoHighLevel powers the booking calendar on some pages and stores the details you enter when you schedule a call.
  • Cloudflare helps protect our forms from spam and bots.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you clear local storage too. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; the Site does not currently respond to them. You can also use the ad opt-out links above.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers listed above, which help us operate the Site and our business; when required by law or to protect our rights; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and related messages for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out any project together and keep reasonable business records. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider's settings; for example, we keep Google Analytics event data for 14 months.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, email contact@fifthandbroad.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
